The Foundry
The Foundry is a new online learning community for leaders of all kinds who are passionate about children, young people and their families, and want to grow in the knowledge and real-life application of the Deeper Rooted Lasting approach from Parenting for Faith.
You might be a church leader, children’s leader, youth pastor, families’ worker, or a volunteer working with families in your church – whatever your role, we would love to journey with you!
Monthly sessions will be on Thursdays 1-3pm (see dates further below). You can join the whole year, or choose individual months to join depending on your availability or the topic being covered on specific months.
These are some of the topics we plan to cover:
- Why and how we focus on parents and carers
- Key Truths
- Using Five Key Tools in Church
- Intergenerational services & events
- Godparents and grandparents
- Parenting for Faith in the community
- Different types of families
- How to communicate vision, stay challenged and inspired
We are excited to launch The Foundry in December 2026, following on from The Forge Gathering in November. The Forge Gathering is a great opportunity to get to know others in person who will be journeying alongside you on The Foundry (of course you can also join The Foundry without attending The Forge Gathering too!)

Session 10 – 14th October 2027
We would love you to join us as we journey together in going deeper with the key Parenting for Faith principles, to help children and teenagers grow a deep and rooted faith that lasts.
