Screens

From a very young age, our kids are bombarded with information from what they watch, hear and see on their screens. But just as if they were going out into the real world, our kids need guidance and coaching to help them navigate the world of screens safely and confidently – and also to help them meet and connect with God through their screens.

Here you can find ideas and links to help you coach your kids in their screen use and tackle some of the issues that might come up.

  • Screentime: ideas to help kids use their screens well and process what they are seeing.
  • Gaming: ideas from Christian experts on understanding kids’ use of games and how to use gaming as a launch pad for important conversations.

We also have a series of videos about helping kids see God in secular movies, including Moana, Frozen and The Lion King.

In our Relationships, gender and sexuality topic we have ideas and advice for talking to children and young people about pornography.
