Side-by-side God encounters for toddler groups

One of the things we can do in a toddler group is to introduce families to God, and show them how he wants to connect with them.

Here are ten ways to do that as part of what you’re already doing. ‘Side-by-sides’ are when we give people a glimpse of God in everyday life, show them how to connect with him themselves, and then give them a next step so they can do it at home.

A side-by-side encounter might help them discover how to find God’s peace in the middle of chaos, how to pray a blessing for each other, or that God helps us learn and grow.

It’s a really practical and powerful way to help whole families encounter God together and grow their own connection with him.
