BRF Online: Membership FAQs
BRF Online is the NEW way to access Parenting for Faith videos, and all of BRF's online content. Here are some FAQs about membership

How do I access the content?
You can access and watch content on BRF Online through any web browser, or you can download the app, to watch or listen on the go – perfect for bus/car journeys, out for a walk, or while getting chores done around the home! There are both Android and ios versions of the app.
Can I watch offline?
On the app, you can download content to watch offline. If you need offline to facilitate running a course with a group, email parentingforfaith@brf.org.uk and we can help with that as there is no way to download via a web browser.
Why is BRF Online becoming a paid service?
BRF Online has been available free of charge during a soft-launch trial period. As the platform grows, we need to cover the costs of developing new resources, maintaining the platform, and supporting churches, parents and carers effectively. This change will help us continue creating high-quality resources and investing in the future of Parenting for Faith.
How much does membership cost?
MEMBERSHIPS
- Ministries membership (Individual) £30/year: Access all the Parenting for Faith courses and resources and, as they become available, also all video resources from Messy Church and Anna Chaplaincy.
- Full Access Membership (Individual) £80/year or £8.99/month: Unlock every resource on the platform, including everything in the ministries memberbship plus audiobooks, livestreams and all content from BRF resources – your complete hub for spiritual growth and inspiration.
- Full Access Membership (Group) £120/year or £12.99/month: Perfect for churches and small groups. Access to everything on the platform including courses, audiobooks and livestreams and permission watch together with a group. If you plan to share the content online or in person outside of your household, this is the one you need.
- Audiobook Membership £50/year or £5.99/month: Enjoy unlimited access to BRF audiobooks, with an ever‑growing library to listen to at home or on the go.
How many people are covered by a group membership?
This membership allows you to share the content with as many people you like in your small group or church. You can play videos and course content in meetings, services and courses whether you are meeting in person or online. There is no limit on the number of people who can join or watch. Please note, you will only receive one login, which is for the administrator of the group. If individuals want to watch content separately, they will need to purchase an individual membership.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current membership period.
What if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day cooling off period. If you haven’t used your membership and want to cancel it, you can claim a full refund. If you have been using it, you can cancel before the next billing period.
Can I donate to facilitate the ongoing work of Parenting for Faith and BRF Ministries?
Absolutely. We are so grateful for all donations, big and small, that enable us to keep making this content. You can give a one-off or regular donation here.
What if I just want to run a course without commiting to a membership?
You can rent any of the Parenting for Faith courses for three months, instead of signing up for the membership. This price includes permission to share it with a group so ideal for small groups or churches who just want to run a single course.
All courses are £25 apart from the Babies and Toddlers Bitesize course and a Church Leader’s Guide to Deeper Rooted Lasting which are £15.
I joined before 5 June during the soft launch free period, what happens now?
You will continue to have access to BRF Online for 30 days. After that period, you’ll need to subscribe to continue accessing the platform. We really hope you’ll choose to continue journeying with us.
Why are you asking for my church and denomination?
We are here for all individuals, churches and denominations. Letting us know your church or denomination helps us to know who we are supporting and where we are making an impact. If you are not linked to any church, just tick the ‘no church’ button – that’s not a problem. We have also been given some generous funding towards memberships for those in Church of England churches, so letting us know if you are connected to a Church of England church helps us to make those available effectively.
Why are Church of England churches receiving free access?
Parenting for Faith is grateful for the support and partnership that has enabled us to make BRF Online available free of charge to Church of England churches for two years. If you are part of this partnership and haven’t received a discount code, please contact us. We hope this allows even more churches and families to benefit from the resources available.
Why do I have to enter card details even if I have a discount code for free membership?
Our membership system requires payment details to be stored for future renewals but no payment will be taken if you have a discount code. The card details simply allow your membership to continue seamlessly if you choose to remain a member after that ends. You will be sent a reminder so that you can decide.
Will the membership price change?
As the platform grows and more content is added the price may increase. The great news is that whatever price you sign up at, is locked in for life, so existing members won’t experience any price increases.
What if I can’t afford the membership fee?
We never want cost to prevent someone from accessing Parenting for Faith resources.
If the membership fee would be a barrier for you or your church, please contact us. We’d love to have a conversation and explore how we can help. You can contact us at: parentingforfaith@brf.org.uk
What about the main Parenting for Faith website? Will that still be available?
Yes! The Parenting for Faith website will continue to be the main source of information for all things Parenting for Faith with free resources and articles. It is only the course videos that are now being hosted on the new BRF Online platform, with the paid subscription model.
Who can I contact if I have questions?
We’re always happy to help.

- If your question is about payment or access to BRF Online you can contact them on brfonline@uscreen.support
