When you have God on your side (Ecclesiastes 4:12), then you can guarantee that he is in the centre. When Helen had her first baby they also took time to dedicate them to Christ immediately. Labour is a wonderful thing. You can go into labour to enjoy it, not with fear and trepidation but knowing that God is present with you.
